FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Sizing:

If you aren't 100% sure of your ring size I do encourage you to get your finger sized before purchasing a ring. I work in US ring sizes, and can do whole, half and quarter sizes. There is a size conversation chart on this page and I also have an adjustable ring sizer available for purchase on this site. Resizing a ring with a stone involves a lot of work so there is a charge for this service, please contact me for a price.

Exchanges and Returns:

My aim is to ensure that every item is loved as much as I love making it, and I strive to describe and photograph all items to correctly represent them. If there is an issue with your item when you receive it please contact me straight away and I will rectify. If you change your mind and would like to exchange for a different item or size please contact me so we can make it happen. Return shipping is at the customers expense and refunds are for the item price and not shipping costs. Custom orders are not exchangeable or refundable. Please contact me directly at contact@juliaparisjewelry.com if you have any questions before purchasing. 

Custom Orders:

If you have something special in mind or see an item you like but want it amended a bit, that's fine with me as I love creating one of a kind and custom pieces. Please email me at contact@juliaparisjewelry.com to start the conversation. 

Shipping:

Most items will ship within 7 days of an order being placed, if different then it will be listed in the product description. All items are shipped via USPS first class and will have tracking. At check out you can choose priority shipping for an additional cost. Upgrades in shipping will not effect the production time. If you require an item sooner please contact me to discuss. 

Domestic (within USA) USPS First Class Shipping will take between 3-5 business days. Priority Mail will take 1-3 business days.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I can not responsible for delays due to customs. Some countries may charge you a VAT and/or customs fees. These fees are your responsibility. If you have concerns, please contact your customs office and find out before purchasing.
